Warranty
Products that we manufacture are warrantied 1 year from the purchase date.
All products come with a 10-day unconditional satisfaction guarantee. If you are not completely satisfied with any of our products, just send them back and we will refund or credit your account.
All new products that we manufacture are warranted for defects in workmanship and materials. Calibration, mishandling and everyday wear and tear are not covered.
All repairs are warranted for 90 days against defects in parts and workmanship.
Returns
We are happy to exchange your tool within 10 days of purchase. Return in original packaging to: 9045 Austin Rd, Saline MI 48176.
Be sure to include a note with your information, and let us know what you are exchanging it for. We will contact you if we need any additional payment.
Within 10 days of purchase, you may return your items used or unused. Return in original packaging to: 9045 Austin Rd, Saline MI 48176.

If your tool is unused and in original packaging, we can accept your product for return within 1 year of purchase. Your return may be subject to a 10% restocking fee.

In preparing your tool for shipment you should include:

- Return shipping & billing address
- Any special instructions
Recalibration — $39.00
Replace Gage — $70.00
Replace Bar — $70.00
Flip bar to use other side — $10.00
Note that we will not repair an Accu-Gage if the cost exceeds half of a new one. Add-ons such as Hands-Free, Gage Grip, Grip-Guard, Gage-Guard can be installed at the retail price for each item.
